Hi everyone, great news, we have our new Kiln Shed arriving in 2 weeks - so exciting. Great storage and room for Artwork to dry and throw lots of paint around! The AMP Scholarship Grant goes live for Peoples Choice Award on 1st September - fingers crossed for lots of votes on that pretty please!
Venues are getting sorted for classes and workshops and don't forget you can book us to come to you! We have sourced some incredible Ceramic Paint that is dishwasher safe and drys instantly and doesn't need to be fired in the kiln and some other paint for ceramics that we can fire at a lesser temperature in the kiln. They are lots of fun, but still the aim is to get the kiln 'fired up' so the ceramic ware absorbs the paint completely and is of a professional quality with the proper glazes and paint effects. So we are just waiting for the 3 phase power to be connected to the Kiln! Yaye!
