SPITFIRE KEG FRIDGE HIRE TERMS/CONDITIONS & DISCLAIMER
A damage deposit is payable in advance to secure any booking, and will be refunded after the event when all equipment is collected in the same condition it was delivered. Any loss or damage may result of some or all of this deposit being withheld. The Hirer will be responsible for any costs associated with damage over and above this amount and agrees to pay all remaining costs associated with repairs/replacement to the unit.
The fee quoted will include delivery, installation and the collection charge. The Keg Fridge is only available on a delivery and collection basis to prevent damage to the unit. Generally the unit is arranged to be collected the day following the hire and must be made available for collection no later than 9.30am as it may be required for Hire that same day.
Spitfire Hire Group does not supply alcohol for the Keg Fridge, however we will install this for you on delivery of the fridge and show the Hirer how to change over the kegs etc. We also do not supply glassware.
I have read the above agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions as above. I am aware that whilst in my care I am fully responsible for the Keg Fridge and will pay for any loss or damage that may occur, this will include the Keg Fridge being returned in an unacceptable condition ie: if it is in a dirty or damaged condition, I will be expected to pay an additional cleaning charge.
